Gentle After-Work Yoga

In this 45-min class, we will refill our energy tanks and unwind mentally and physically after the active day of work. We will incorporate yin elements, finding comfort and relaxation in certain postures, as well as yang elements, focused on activating the inner fire. Additionally, we will use aroma in our senses to calm our nervous system and cultivate gentleness.
All levels are welcome and there is no experience needed to join the classes.
